FIELD NOTES
What I'm building, what I'm learning, and what I would do differently. Written from the field, while the work is still happening.
Written from the field
Not polished success stories. Notes from the middle of the work.
Building a company is rarely as clean as the final announcement. Some decisions miss. A conversation with the right person can open an unexpected market. This is where I write down what I notice while those things are still unfolding.
The subjects move with the work: international expansion, brand building, Japan, teams, mistakes, and the choices I would make differently next time. I am interested in the reasoning behind the result, not only the result itself.
Some notes will be useful. Some will simply be personal, observant, or funny. Not every ordinary moment needs to become a business lesson. It just needs to be worth sharing honestly.
